There is something to do for everyone when you plan your excursion destinations both in the nearby area or if you go into the city of Linköping 40 km away. There you can visit the air force museum, Old Linköping in the city quarter Valla, good shopping in the city and good food. For the cultural, one likes to visit the cathedral and the castle at Borggården. 10 km northwest of Linköping is the lock area known as Bergs slussar, the Göta canal's largest lock staircase.
